Tele-Mental Health Coaching

Tele-Mental Health Services are delivered in a therapeutic or coaching format, via HIPPA certified online/web-based portal. This service is ideal for persons who desire therapy or coaching services, but are not ready to return to in-person services, or for individuals who prefer the web based delivery format.

Staff training and group presentations are available on a variety of topics including, but not limited to: adolescent & adult mental health, trauma, anti-bias, goal-setting, Personal self-care, healthy relationships, academic & college/career planning (Youth), culture building and classroom/behavior management.
